The newly recruited general coach, Nimura, has experience in coaching all parts of the team except batting, pitching, defense and baserunning. He has been recognized for his ability to nurture the team by serving as the first team's head coach and second team coach at the Chunichi Dragons and Rakuten Golden Eagles.
The pitching part was also attended by veteran Japanese pitcher coach Ono Kazuyoshi. Ono, a former pitcher with 82 wins in the NPB's first division, has turned into a leader since 1998 and served as a first-team pitching coach for the Kintetsu Buffaloes, Rakuten Golden Eagles, and Seibu Lions.

Coach Seo Ye-il proved his sincere attitude and passion for baseball for nine seasons with the Doosan Bears until last year.
